Are Performance Enhancers giving you results or are they just a RIP OFF?

Did you know that legal Performance Enhancing Drugs only capable to boost the professional top athlete`s performance by about 1-3%?

Knowing that, is it even possible to measure the effects of these supplements on hobby athleats/everyday gym goers?


There are plenty of articles about Supplements which are designed to boost our performance, but we need to keep in mind that you only should spend time, money and effort on this products if your every day life, your basic diet and training are all on track and you only need 1-3% to reach your absolute maximum performance.

If you are on this stage then you are more then welcome to spend your money on these products, othervise a quality sleep guaranties you greater effect.


The basis of a good sportperformance is a quality and well designed diet. Until you have that - and vast majority of the hobby athleats/gym goers do not have a quality diet in place - there is absolutley no point to even consider any of the performance enhancers.
